The terms that apply when you use Growors.
These terms govern your use of Growors, the WhatsApp ordering platform operated by Trinitysoft Solutions Limited ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using Growors, you agree to these terms.
The service
Growors lets your business take orders and payments from customers through WhatsApp and manage them from a dashboard. We provide the platform; we are not a party to the sale between you and your customers, and we do not sell, prepare, or deliver your goods.
Your account
You must provide accurate details, keep your login secure, and are responsible for activity on your account. You must be authorised to act for your business.
Fees
Growors is a flat £1 per completed order, with plan-based setup fees as shown on our pricing page. All fees exclude VAT. Any third-party delivery is charged at the courier's own rates. We may change fees with reasonable notice.
Payments
Customer payments are processed by Stripe and settled to your account. We do not hold customer funds and are not responsible for the payment provider's decisions.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the goods and services you sell, for accurate pricing and descriptions, for any licences your business needs, for your own customer service and refunds, and for complying with applicable law.
Liability
We aim to provide a reliable service but cannot guarantee it will always be available or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Changes and termination
You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or end your account for breach of these terms or non-payment. We may update these terms with reasonable notice.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
